<p>Esenta de vanilie dupa gust</p>
<p>Oua 2 buc.</p>
<p>Drojdie 6 g</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 50 ml</p>
<p>Stafide 100 g</p>
<p>Unt 100 g</p>
<p>Nuci dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca laptele cald cu drojdia, esenta de vanilie si 2 linguri de zahar.</p>
<p>Adaugati un ou, uleiul vegetal si un praf de sare.</p>
<p>Se amesteca totul pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Cerneti 440 g de faina in parti.</p>
<p>Framantati intr-un aluat moale, neted, dar nu lipicios.</p>
<p>Se acopera cu un prosop si se lasa la crescut aproximativ o ora intr-un loc cald.</p>
<p>Se amesteca stafidele cu zaharul ramas si 120 g faina de grau.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati unt inmuiat.</p>
<p>Se macina bine umplutura intr-un fel de pesmet si se trimite masa rezultata la frigider (in timp ce aluatul creste).</p>
<p>Apoi, intindeti aluatul intr-un strat mare, puneti umplutura pe jumatate din el, acoperiti a doua jumatate, strangand marginile.</p>
<p>Intindeti usor piesa de prelucrat cu un sucitor.</p>
<p>Apoi, pe o margine, se toarna mai mult amestec cu stafide, acoperind cu a doua margine.</p>

<p>Conectati toate marginile si treceti din nou prin sucitor.</p>
<p>Taiati aluatul in patrate egale si formati chifle.</p>

<p>Asezati-le pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, acoperiti cu un prosop si mai lasati 10-20 de minute la crescut.</p>
<p>Ungeti cu un ou batut si presarati cu firimituri daca au ramas.</p>
