<p>Doriti sa coaceti chifle, dar nu doriti sa folositi cuptorul? Acum puteti folosi o reteta delicioasa si foarte simpla pentru chifle pufoase care se fac in tigaie. Acest lucru va va surprinde placut nu numai copiii, ci si toti invitatii.</p>

<p>Crema:</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 250 ml</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 50 g</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 20 g</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 15 g</p>
<p>galbenusuri &#8211; 3 buc</p>
<p>Aluat:</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 380 g</p>
<p>lapte fierbinte &#8211; 80 ml</p>
<p>apa fierbinte &#8211; 60 ml</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 60 g</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 40 g</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc</p>
<p>drojdie uscata &#8211; 5 g</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 5 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Incepeti mai intai cu crema. Se amesteca galbenusurile cu zaharul si faina.</p>
<p>Incalziti laptele cu untul intr-o oala.</p>
<p>Adaugati laptele si untul la amestecul anterior si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Impingeti amestecul printr-o sita, astfel incat sa nu existe bulgari in ea.</p>
<p>Puneti pe aragaz si gatiti la foc mic, pana devine cremos.</p>

<p>Apoi faceti aluatul.</p>
<p>Puneti faina, zahar, sare, drojdie pe suprafata de lucru si amestecati.</p>
<p>Faceti o gaura in mijloc, puneti oua, apa fierbinte si lapte.</p>
<p>Framantati un aluat moale, usor lipicios.</p>
<p>Adaugati untul si continuati sa framantati.</p>
<p>Se pune intr-un vas, se acopera cu folie si se lasa sa creasca.</p>
<p>Presarati usor aluatul cu faina, neteziti cu mainile si impartiti in portii.</p>
<p>Faceti bile si lasati sa stea 15 minute.</p>

<p>Apoi intindeti o bucata de aluat, puneti 2 lingurite de crema in interior si apasati marginile.</p>

<p>Acoperiti si lasati sa stea timp de 40-50 de minute.</p>
