<p>praf de copt &#8211; 10 g (2 lingurite);</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 8 g (1 lingurita);</p>
<p>ulei vegetal &#8211; 40 g (2,5 linguri);</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 250 ml.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Adaugati praful de copt si sare in faina cernuta.</p>
<p>Se toarna lapte si ulei vegetal.</p>

<p>Se amesteca &#8211; mai intai cu o lingura si apoi framantati aluatul moale cu mainile.</p>
<p>Intindeti o foaie din aluat, dar nu prea subtire.</p>
<p>Folositi un pahar pentru a decupa cercuri.</p>

<p>Strangeti restul de aluat si intindeti-l din nou.</p>
<p>Transferati chiflele intr-o tigaie preincalzita la foc mediu.</p>
<p>Gatiti acoperit cate 5 minute pe ambele parti.</p>
