<p>Ceapa &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>Oua &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; 1,5 lingurite</p>
<p>Boia &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Sos:</p>
<p>Branza &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>Usturoi &#8211; 3 catei</p>
<p>Smantana &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati fileul de pui in cuburi mici. Tocam si ceapa.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron, amestecati carnea, ceapa, oul, sarea, boiaua si amestecati.</p>
<p>Formam chiftele cu mana si le intindem in forma unsa cu ulei.</p>

<p>Se coace la cuptor pentru 20 de minute la 180 â.</p>
<p>Radeti branza pe o razatoare fina.</p>
<p>Adaugati usturoiul dat prin presa.</p>
<p>Se toarna smantana, se amesteca. Sosul este gata.</p>
<p>Scoateti chiftelele din cuptor, turnati sos de crema de branza.</p>
