<p>4 linguri de fulgi de ovaz</p>
<p>Sare (dupa gust)</p>
<p>Piper negru (dupa gust)</p>
<p>Condimente italiene (busuioc, oregano, cimbru, rozmarin)</p>
<p>1 catel de usturoi</p>
<p>1 lingura de patrunjel proaspat</p>
<p>50 g branza rasa (optional)</p>
<p>2 linguri de faina</p>
<p>Ulei (pentru prajit)</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Dati dovlecelul , morcovul si cartoful pe razatoare, apoi puneti-le intr-un bol.</p>
<p>Intr-un bol separat, bateti doua oua si amestecati-le cu 4 linguri de fulgi de ovaz .</p>
<p>Adaugati sare , piper negru , condimente italiene , usturoi tocat marunt , patrunjel , branza rasa si faina .</p>
<p>Amestecati bine toate ingredientele pentru a obtine un amestec omogen.</p>
<p>Dupa ce amestecati totul bine, modelati chiftelele.</p>
<p>Incalziti uleiul intr-o tigaie mare la foc mediu.</p>
<p>Cand uleiul este incins, adaugati cu grija chiftelele si apasati-le cu o spatula pentru a se gati uniform.</p>
<p>Prajiti timp de 3-4 minute pe fiecare parte , pana cand devin aurii si crocante.</p>
<p>Cand chiftelele sunt gata, asezati-le pe o farfurie acoperita cu prosoape de hartie pentru a indeparta excesul de ulei.</p>
<p>Pentru a da chiftelelor o aroma suplimentara, va sugeram un sos simplu de iaurt grecesc:</p>
<p>Intr-un bol, amestecati iaurt grecesc, pasta de rosii , usturoi tocat si marar proaspat tocat .</p>
<p>Amestecati bine ingredientele pana obtineti un sos omogen.</p>
