<p>Pentru gatit veti avea nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>linte, 500 g;</p>
<p>carne tocata¸500 g;</p>
<p>ardei dulce, 1,5 buc;</p>
<p>pesmet, 50 g;</p>
<p>rosii si morcovi, cate 2 buc;</p>
<p>oua, 2 buc;</p>
<p>sare si piper cate 0,5 lingurite;</p>
<p>chimen si cimbru, oregano si ardei iute, ierburi dupa gust;</p>
<p>ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Procesul de gatire:</p>
<p>Se condimenteaza carnea tocata cu o ceapa tocata marunt, sare, piper, ierburi si condimente, pesmet, se framanta si se da la frigider pentru 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Se spala lintea si se toarna intr-o tava de copt.</p>
<p>Prajiti cubulete de ceapa in ulei vegetal, adaugati morcovii rasi, felii de ardei dulce si rosii, sare si fierbeti pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Intindem legumele in linte, turnam 1,5 apa si o trimitem la cuptor, coacem la 220 de grade pentru aproximativ 50 de minute.</p>
<p>Formam chiftele din carnea tocata, rulam prin pesmet si prajim pana se rumenesc cateva minute pe fiecare parte.</p>

<p>Acoperiti cu un capac, dati la ciptor inca 15 minute.</p>
