<p>Ulei vegetal de floarea soarelui &#8211; la nevoie</p>
<p>Faina neteda &#8211; 2 linguri</p>
<p>Apa &#8211; 500 ml</p>
<p>Piure de rosii &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>Piper negru macinat &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Ardei dulce macinat &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Unt &#8211; o lingura</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Ceapa se curata si se toaca marunt, se toaca patrunjelul.</p>
<p>Bateti ouale intr-un castron mai mare.</p>
<p>Adaugam carnea tocata, ceapa cu patrunjel si trei linguri de pesmet.</p>
<p>Asezonati cu sare, piper, piper dulce macinat si eventual condimente la alegere.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine cu mana cu o putin ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Apoi modelati chiftelele in dimensiunea dorita.</p>
<p>Se toarna putin ulei vegetal in tigaie si se lasa sa se incalzeasca.</p>
<p>Puneti bilutele in el si prajiti-le pe toate partile amestecand continuu.</p>
<p>Apoi mutati-le intr-o parte si adaugati o bucata de unt pe cealalta si adaugati putina faina.</p>

<p>Acum acoperim carnea cu apa si adaugam piureul de rosii. Acoperiti tigaia cu un capac si gatiti la foc mediu timp de 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Se condimenteaza apoi dupa dorinta sosul si se adauga patrunjelul tocat.</p>
<p>Acum ati terminat, puteti pregati piureul de cartofi in timpul gatitului si apoi puteti servi imediat.</p>
