<p>Ingrediente pentru clatite cu legume:</p>
<p>cartofi &#8211; 5 buc.;</p>
<p>ceapa &#8211; o bucata;</p>
<p>morcovi &#8211; o bucata;</p>
<p>usturoi &#8211; 2 catei;</p>
<p>branza &#8211; 100 g;</p>
<p>ou &#8211; bucata;</p>
<p>ceapa verde &#8211; o gramada.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Curatati cartofii si taiati-i in bucati mari.</p>
<p>Fierbeti cartofii timp de 15 minute si apoi trebuie raciti.</p>
<p>Deocamdata, puteti taia ceapa in jumatati de rondele mici, tocati morcovii pe razatoarea medie.</p>
<p>Prajiti ceapa intr-o tigaie cu ulei pana se rumeneste, adaugati si morcovii.</p>
<p>Legumele trebuie calite cateva minute, apoi se pun cateii de usturoi intr-o presa si se integreaza in amestecul prajit.</p>
<p>Facem un piure de cartofi, dam branza pe razatoare, tocam o legatura de ceapa verde.</p>
<p>In piureul de cartofi, combinati oul, ceapa verde, branza si legumele prajite.</p>
<p>Amestecam toate ingredientele, punem sare si formam chiftelute mici.</p>

<p>Intr-o tigaie, intr-o cantitate mica de ulei de floarea soarelui, prajiti chiftelutele pana se rumenesc pe ambele parti.</p>
