<p>-o lingurita de piper;</p>
<p>-o lingura praf de copt;</p>
<p>-ceapa verde +alte verdeturi dupa gust;</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti 2 oua cu sarea intr-un recipient. Adaugati smantana in amestecul de oua si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Adaugati kefirul sau iaurtul si amestecati din nou.</p>
<p>Amestecand constant, adaugati faina si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Se toaca verdeata si apoi de fierb 2 oua pe care le taiem apoi in cubulete.</p>
<p>Amestecati toate ingredientele si prajiti chiftelutele intr-o tigaie de clatite.</p>
<p>Le puteti servi cu smantana.</p>
