<p>1 usturoi</p>
<p>condiment curry</p>
<p>Patrunjel</p>
<p>branza rasa</p>
<p>In plus:</p>

<p>O lingura de faina simpla</p>
<p>1 iaurt</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se fierb cartofii, se scurg si se piseaza.</p>
<p>Adaugam toate celelalte ingrediente si obtinem o masa uniforma (aluat).</p>
<p>Formam chiftelute cu mainile.</p>

<p>Se amesteca oul, faina si iaurtul.</p>
<p>Inainte sa prajim chiftelele, punem uleiul la incins si dam prin amestecul de iaurt si ou.</p>
