<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se fierb buchetelele de conopida in apa clocotita sau abur timp de cinci minute. Scurgeti apa.</p>
<p>Puneti quinoa finita (sau orezul brun) intr-un robot de bucatarie si taiati pana cand este semi-neted.</p>
<p>Transferati amestecul de quinoa si conopida intr-un castron si adaugati restul ingredientelor. Se amesteca bine pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Faceti bile mici din amestec &#8211; aproximativ 1 lingura pe minge.</p>
<p>Daca amestecul nu se rostogoleste bine in bile, puneti mai multa faina sau pesmet.</p>
<p>Se toarna un strat subtire de ulei de masline intr-o tigaie, se incalzeste la foc mediu si se prajesc chiftelele cateva minute pe fiecare parte, intorcandu-se usor.</p>
<p>Serviti chiftele gata preparate cu orice sosuri si feluri de mancare la alegere. Bucura-te de masa ta!</p>
<p>Chiftelele gata preparate pot fi congelate. Puneti-le pe o foaie de copt si puneti-le in congelator timp de doua ore, apoi transferati-le intr-un recipient. Apoi puneti chiftelele in tigaie, adaugati sosul preferat si incalziti &#8211; un pranz sau o cina super rapida.</p>
