<p>Fasole alba fiarta &#8211; 200 g</p>
<p>Rosii in suc propriu &#8211; 500 g</p>
<p>Ceapa &#8211; 1 bucata</p>
<p>Oregano &#8211; 1/2 lingurita</p>
<p>Coriandru macinat &#8211; 1/2 lingurita</p>
<p>Boia &#8211; 1/2 lingurita</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Piper negru macinat &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pregatiti toate ingredientele. Asezati fasolea intr-un castron sau o farfurie adanca.</p>
<p>Adaugati apa si sfaramati fasolea cu un blender sau manual.</p>
<p>Adaugati ulei vegetal, sare, faina si framantati aluat gros care nu cade din lingura.</p>
<p>Taiati ceapa in cuburi si prajiti-o intr-o tigaie pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Scoateti pielea de pe rosii si pisati-le impreuna cu sucul pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Adaugati amestecul de rosii la ceapa.</p>
<p>Adaugati si condimentele aici.</p>
<p>Se amesteca totul si se aduce sosul la fierbere.</p>
<p>Formati chiftelute si adaugati-le in sosul fierbinte.</p>
<p>Adaugati orice ierburi proaspete dupa cum doriti, acoperiti tigaia cu un capac si fierbeti chiftelutele in sos timp de aproximativ 15 minute.</p>
<p>Sa aveti pofta!</p>
<p>Sfatul bucatarului: Daca gatiti fasolea, aceasta trebuie inmuiata in apa timp de cel putin 4 ore sau, de preferinta, peste noapte.</p>
<p>Aceasta procedura va reduce semnificativ timpul de gatire.</p>
