<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>cartofi &#8211; 400 g;</p>
<p>ulei vegetal &#8211; 5 linguri;</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 150 g;</p>
<p>ou &#8211; 1 bucata;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 2 varfuri de cutit;</p>
<p>ceapa &#8211; 1 bucata;</p>
<p>ficat de pui &#8211; 250 g.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Fierbeti cartofii curatati timp de 20 de minute, apoi pasati pana cand obtineti un piure.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina in masa de cartofi, adaugati sare si framantati.</p>
<p>Taiati ceapa cubulete mici, prajiti intr-o tigaie in ulei vegetal timp de 5 minute.</p>
<p>Transferam ficatul, eliberat de vene si alte deseuri, in ceapa, prajim umplutura pentru aproximativ 15 minute.</p>
<p>Nu uitati sa adaugati condimente in ficat.</p>
<p>In timp ce ficatul se prajeste, este necesar sa fierbeti un ou.</p>
<p>Trecem ficatul fiert cu ceapa printr-o masina de tocat carne, adaugam in masa un ou fiert taiat cubulete mici.</p>
<p>Formam 6 bile din aluatul de cartofi, le intindem in clatite groase.</p>
<p>Punem umplutura in fiecare clatita, o sigilam in interiorul aluatului.</p>

<p>Intr-o tigaie cu ulei de floarea soarelui, prajiti chiftelutele pe ambele parti timp de 4-5 minute.</p>

<p>Este important sa asteptati pana cand aluatul de cartofi devine maro auriu in timpul prajirii.</p>
