<p>Vedeti o reteta frumoasa pentru a face cele mai delicioase si pufoase chiftele pe care le-ati incercat recent! Gustul lor se combina perfect cu cartofii deliciosi la cuptor, adaugati si branza rasa!</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>300 de grame de carne tocata</p>
<p>2-3 felii de paine prajita</p>
<p>1 ou</p>
<p>1 ceapa tocata marunt</p>
<p>2 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>cate 1 lingurita de piper negru, chimen, boia si sare</p>
<p>cinci cartofi</p>
<p>50 grame unt</p>
<p>sare 1 lingurita</p>
<p>4 crengute patrunjel</p>
<p>½ cana ulei</p>
<p>2 rosii</p>
<p>1 lingura pasta de rosii</p>
<p>o jumatate de pahar de apa</p>
<p>branza rasa</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Incepem reteta fierband cartofii la foc mic pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Intre timp, luati un castron si adaugati carnea tocata, painea prajita, oul, ceapa, usturoiul, sarea, piperul, chimenul si boiaua si amestecati.</p>
<p>In cele din urma, framantati bine si formati chiftelele mici cu mainile.</p>

<p>Continuati cu un alt castron in care adaugati cartofii fierti si curatati, untul, sarea, piperul si patrunjelul.</p>
<p>Apasati bine ingredientele si formati bile din piure.</p>

<p>Apoi, taiati doua rosii obisnuite si asezati-le pe fundul tavii. Asezati chiftelele din carne si cele din piure deasupra. Adaugati o jumatate de pahar de ulei.</p>

<p>Puneti tava in cuptor si coaceti la 180 de grade Celsius pana cand mancarea devine aurie.</p>
<p>Intre timp, preparati un sos de rosii. Asa ca amestecati o lingura de pasta de rosii cu jumatate de pahar de apa. Cand amestecul este omogen, se toarna peste mancarea gatita.</p>
<p>Optional, adaugam branza, dupa ce am ras-o in prealabil. Puneti-l inapoi in cuptor si lasati-l inca o vreme pana cand branza se topeste.</p>
