<p>Frunze de patrunjel</p>
<p>Otet de mere – 1/2 lingurita</p>
<p>Procedura de pregatire:</p>
<p>Taiati ciupercile in bucati mai mici.</p>
<p>Topiti untul intr-o tigaie , adaugati ciupercile si putin ulei.</p>

<p>Se prajesc pana se rumenesc.</p>
<p>Adaugati ceapa tocata si caliti pana se inmoaie.</p>

<p>Se adauga usturoiul tocat marunt, sare si piper negru.</p>

<p>Adaugati otet de mere si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>La final se presara patrunjel tocat si se serveste.</p>

<p>Sfaturi:</p>
<p>Daca va place o aroma intensa, adaugati in reteta o crenguta de cimbru proaspat.</p>
<p>Pentru un efect caramelizat, adaugati putina miere sau zahar brun.</p>
