<p>File de pui fiert &#8211; 100 g.</p>
<p>Ceapa &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; 1/3 lingurita</p>
<p>Piper dupa gust</p>
<p>Maioneza (sau smantana) &#8211; 2 linguri</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Scoateti tulpina din ciuperci.</p>
<p>Tulpina si ceapa se taie marunt si apoi se calesc impreuna intr-o tigaie cu putin ulei.</p>
<p>Adaugam sare si piper si le lasam sa scada apa.</p>

<p>Umpleti capacele de ciuperci cu umplutura si asezati-le intr-o tava unsa cu putin ulei.</p>
