<p>Mar 1 buc.</p>
<p>Chefir 150 ml</p>
<p>Zahar 100 g</p>
<p>Zahar vanilat 1 lingura</p>
<p>Oua 2 buc.</p>
<p>Faina de grau 130 g</p>
<p>Praf de copt 1 lingura</p>
<p>Sare 1 praf</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Curatam dovleacul de coaja si seminte.</p>
<p>Il dam pe razatoarea fina.</p>
<p>Spalati bine marul.</p>
<p>Se da pe razatoarea fina, se adauga la dovleac si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Intr-un recipient separat, bateti ouale cu sare, zahar obisnuit si vanilat.</p>
<p>Adaugam chefir si amestecam.</p>
<p>Amestecul rezultat este turnat in masa de dovleac-mere.</p>
<p>Amestecam toate ingredientele.</p>

<p>Adaugati faina de grau cernuta si praful de copt.</p>

<p>Amestecam totul din nou.</p>
<p>Incingeti o tigaie cu ulei de floarea soarelui.</p>
<p>Punem aluatul folosind o lingura.</p>
<p>Prajiti clatitele pe o parte sub capac.</p>
<p>Apoi le intoarcem.</p>
<p>Se prajeste pana devin aurii.</p>
