<p>Ingrediente (250 ml pahar):</p>
<p>1 cana de faina</p>
<p>1 cana gris</p>
<p>2 lingurite praf de copt;</p>
<p>1 lingura drojdie;</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare;</p>
<p>1 lingura zahar (daca va place mai dulce, puteti adauga mai mult);</p>
<p>500-550 ml apa calda;</p>
<p>1 lingurita zahar vanilat.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca toate ingredientele intr-un recipient mare.</p>
<p>Amestecati 5 minute cu un blender pentru a combina mai bine ingredientele.</p>

<p>Acoperiti cu folie alimentara si un prosop, lasati timp de 1 ora pentru a se umfla.</p>

<p>Aluatul ar trebui sa creasca de mai multe ori.</p>

<p>Ungeti tigaia cu ulei vegetal, intindeti aluatul si formati clatite.</p>
<p>Gatiti la foc mai mic pe ambele parti pana se rumenesc.</p>

<p>Se servesc cu miere. Clatitele cu smantana sau gem sunt de asemenea bune.</p>
