<p>ceapa &#8211; 3 buc.;</p>
<p>morcovi &#8211; 1 buc.;</p>
<p>usturoi &#8211; 2 catei;</p>
<p>ou &#8211; 1 buc.;</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 2 linguri;</p>
<p>file de pui &#8211; 150 g;</p>
<p>branza mozzarella &#8211; 150 g;</p>
<p>ciuperci &#8211; 200 g;</p>
<p>smantana 20% &#8211; 100 ml;</p>
<p>usturoi uscat;</p>
<p>se asezoneaza cu curry, sare si piper.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Razuiti cartofii curatati de coaja, 2 cepe si morcovii pe razatoarea fina. Treceti cateii de usturoi printr-o presa, spargeti oul, adaugati faina si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Condimentati dupa gust.</p>
<p>Intr-o tigaie cu ulei vegetal, prajiti clatitele pe diametrul intregii tigai.</p>

<p>Clatitele cu cartofi trebuie rumenite pe ambele parti.</p>
<p>Taiati marunt fileul de pui si prajiti in ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Se adauga sare, se pipereaza, se adauga condimente cu curry la pui, apoi se pune intr-un recipient separat.</p>
<p>Taiati o ceapa in cuburi mici, caliti in acelasi ulei.</p>
<p>De asemenea, puteti adauga 20 de grame de unt in uleiul vegetal inainte de a praji ceapa.</p>
<p>Taiati ciupercile in felii subtiri si adaugati-le la ceapa.</p>
<p>Caliti ciupercile cu ceapa, sare si piper.</p>
<p>Razuiti branza mozzarella pe razatoarea fina.</p>
<p>Adaugati umplutura de ciuperci si pui pe jumatate din dimensiunea clatitei.</p>

<p>Presarati umplutura cu branza, indoiti clatita de cartofi in jumatate, ingloband umplutura in interior.</p>

<p>Puneti clatitele pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si puneti branza deasupra clatitelor.</p>
