<p>-3-4 linguri faina;</p>
<p>-verdeata;</p>
<p>-sare si piper;</p>
<p>-ulei vegetal pentru prajire.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Fierbeti cartofii decojiti in apa sarata si faceti din acestea piure.</p>
<p>Se toaca marunt ceapa si se caleste in putin ulei.</p>
<p>Se toaca ciupercile si se adauga peste ceapa, se prajesc aproximativ 10 minute.</p>
<p>Se amesteca piureul cu ceapa si ciupercile apoi se adauga oul, sarea, piperul, verdeata tocata marunt si faina.</p>
<p>Prajiti clatitele intr-o tigaie fierbinte pana cand acestea se rumenesc pe ambele parti.</p>
<p>Se servesc cu smantana.</p>
