<p>3-4 linguri marar tocat;</p>
<p>2 oua;</p>
<p>1 lingura sare (sau dupa gust);</p>
<p>150 g faina;</p>
<p>un praf de bicarbonat de sodiu;</p>
<p>200-250 ml lapte;</p>
<p>1-2 linguri ulei vegetal;</p>
<p>sos: 3-4 linguriĀ smantana + 1 catel de usturoi.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Dovlecelul se da pe razatoare medie.</p>

<p>Adaugati marar tocat, oua, sare, lapte, ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Adaugam faina cernuta si bicarbonatul de sodiu si framantam aluatul.</p>

<p>Coaceti intr-o tigaie fierbinte pe ambele parti, la fel cum procedati cu clatitele obisnuite.</p>

<p>Se servest cu smantana si usturoi.</p>
