<p>Peste cod 3 buc.</p>
<p>Sare 1,5 lingurita</p>
<p>Praf de usturoi 1,5 lingurita</p>
<p>Piper negru (macinat) 1,5 lingurita</p>
<p>Ierburi provensale 1,5 lingurita</p>
<p>Paprika 1 lingura</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 20 ml</p>
<p>Ceapa 3 buc.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati fiecare peste in jumatate.</p>
<p>Puneti piesele intr-o punga.</p>
<p>Stropiti pestele cu sare, piper, usturoi uscat, ierburi provensale, boia si turnati ulei de floarea soarelui.</p>

<p>Legati punga, amestecati ingredientele si lasati pestele la marinat timp de 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Taiati ceapa in jumatati de rondele si puneti-le pe o tava de copt intr-un strat uniform.</p>

<p>Se pune pestele deasupra, se acopera forma cu folie de aluminiu.</p>
<p>Coaceti la 180°C timp de 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Lasati 10-15 minute descoperit pentru a se crea o crusta.</p>

<p>Ce garnitura pentru peste sa alegeti? Se spune ca orezul merge cel mai bine cu pestele. Dar puteti sa serviti cod copt la cuptor cu cartofi, hrisca, paste sau legume!</p>
