<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>300 ml lapte</p>
<p>200 ml ulei</p>
<p>100 g zahar</p>
<p>1 lingura drojdie uscata</p>
<p>aproximativ 700 g faina</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>dulceata de prune</p>
<p>Sirop:</p>
<p>200 g zahar</p>
<p>300 ml apa</p>
<p>Pentru decor:</p>
<p>100 g nuca de cocos</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se pune laptele caldut in drojdia uscata si se amesteca cu 100 g zahar.</p>
<p>Se adauga 2 oua, 200 ml ulei si faina pentru a framanta aluatul.</p>
<p>Se framanta bine aluatul si se lasa la dospit.</p>
<p>Cand aluatul creste, impartiti-l in cinci parti.</p>
<p>Rotiti fiecare parte intr-un cerc si taiati in 8 triunghiuri.</p>
<p>Puneti cate o lingura de dulceata pe fiecare triunghi de aluat si rulati-l intr-un rulou.</p>
<p>Se lasa rulourile sa stea 15 minute si se coc la 200 de grade pana devin usor aurii.</p>
<p>Intre timp pregatiti siropul: intr-un bol se pune zaharul si apa si se fierbe 4-5 minute din momentul in care fierbe.</p>
<p>Rulourile coapte se ruleaza calde in siropul cald (nu lasati rulourile sa stea in sirop mult timp, doar cat sa se lipeasca nuca de cocos de ele) si stropiti cu nuca de cocos.</p>

<p>Rulourile raman la fel de moi timp de cateva zile.</p>
