<p>unt &#8211; 65 g</p>

<p>coaja de portocala &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>Pentru umplere:</p>
<p>nuci &#8211; 200 g</p>
<p>cacao pudra &#8211; 50 g</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>esenta de rom &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>scortisoara &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 150 ml</p>
<p>galbenus de ou &#8211; 1 buc</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 2 linguri</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pregatiti mai intai umplutura.</p>
<p>Spalati nucile si turnati-le intr-un bol.</p>
<p>Adaugati zahar, cacao, esenta de rom si, daca doriti, scortisoara.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine toate ingredientele uscate.</p>
<p>Incalziti laptele cat sa fie fierbinte, dar nu fiert.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati amestecul de nuci peste 150 ml si amestecati din nou.</p>
<p>Acum este timpul pentru aluat.</p>
<p>Intr-un alt castron, amestecati drojdia uscata cu o lingura de zahar si 50 de mililitri de lapte caldut.</p>
<p>Adaugati o lingurita de faina simpla, amestecati si lasati sa stea 15 sau 20 de minute pentru a activa drojdia.</p>
<p>In timp ce drojdia se odihneste, cerneti faina simpla intr-un castron adanc, turnati zaharul ramas si amestecati.</p>
<p>Adaugati amestecul de oua, adaugati unt inmuiat si coaja de portocala rasa.</p>
<p>Se toarna laptele ramas si se amesteca mai intai cu o lingura de lemn si apoi se continua framantarea cu mainile.</p>
<p>Se face un aluat neted si antiaderent din care sa se formeze o bila, se aseaza pe fundul vasului, se acopera cu o bucata de folie sau un prosop curat si se lasa sa creasca timp de 1 ora.</p>
<p>Intindeti aluatul dospit pe un sucitor cu faina si intindeti-l putin cu mainile.</p>
<p>Impartiti-l in patru parti egale si rulati o foaie rotunda subtire din fiecare dintre ele.</p>
<p>Folositi un feliator de pizza pentru a taia aluatul in triunghiuri.</p>
<p>Pe baza fiecaruia se pune putina umplutura si se ruleaza in forma de corn.</p>
<p>Indoiti-l usor si asigurati colturile impotriva despachetului.</p>
<p>Puneti cornurile pe o tava de copt, se da in cuptorul incins la 180°C si se coc pana devin aurii.</p>
<p>Dupa copt, stropiti rulourile cu zahar pudra si serviti.</p>
