<p>Moale, pufos, parfumat, era desertul preferat al copiilor.</p>
<p>Astazi o sa va amintiti gustul copilariei. Acest desert poate fi preparat cu sau fara gem, arahide sau mac, ciocolata etc.</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>500 g de faina</p>
<p>1 pliculet drojdie uscata sau 30 g drojdie proaspata</p>
<p>5 linguri zahar</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>75 g unt</p>
<p>200 ml de lapte</p>
<p>o lingurita de sare</p>
<p>2 linguri. seminte de susan</p>
<p>100 g gem (pentru umplutura)</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Se amesteca laptele cald, drojdia, 1 lingura de zahar si doua linguri de faina. Asteptati un timp pentru ca drojdia sa se activeze.</p>
<p>2. Cernem faina, adaugam restul de zahar, sare, ouale si masa de drojdie. Framantati aluatul.</p>
<p>3. Adaugati in cele din urma untul topit, framantati bine aluatul si lasati-l timp de 1 ora sa creasca.</p>
<p>4. Impartiti aluatul finit in 12 parti. Rulati fiecare parte intr-o bila, acoperiti-o cu un prosop si lasati-o sa stea 10 minute.</p>
<p>5. Rulati fiecare bila ca in poza.</p>

<p>6. Asezati umplutura pe o margine a stratului si apasati marginile, astfel incat umplutura sa nu se verse in cuptor.</p>

<p>7. Faceti 4 taieturi adanci pe cealalta margine a stratului si faceti o spirala.</p>

<p>8. Asezati hartie de copt in tava si aranjati cornurile deasupra. Asteptati 10-15 minute, apoi puneti oul batut deasupra cornurilor.</p>

<p>9. Presarati deasupra seminte de susan (puteti folosi in schimb zahar sau mac).</p>

<p>10. Coaceti cornurile intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade timp de 20-25 de minute.</p>

<p>11. Gata, cornurile cu umplutura de gem sunt gata.</p>
