<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Curatati si cartofii pe razatoare.</p>
<p>2. Adaugati ceapa, patrunjelul, sarea, piperul, ouale, faina si ficatul fiert si tocat la cartofi. Amesteca totul bine. Daca masa este lichida, puteti adauga mai multa faina.</p>
<p>3. Puneti bile de ficat-cartof intr-o tigaie cu ulei bine incalzit. In ulei fierbinte, se vor strecura rapid si vor lua forma unui cotlet.</p>
<p>4. Se prajeste la foc mediu pe ambele parti pana se rumenesc.</p>
<p>5. Se mananca cu smantana sau legume conservate.</p>

<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Carne de pui tocata 1 kg</p>
<p>Ceapa 1 buc.</p>
<p>2-3 felii de paine</p>
<p>Lapte 500 ml</p>
<p>Ceapa verde 100 g</p>
<p>Marar 100 g</p>
<p>Patrunjel 100 g</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 2 linguri</p>
<p>Sare si Piper negru (macinat) dupa gust</p>
<p>Usturoi, daca doriti.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati feliile de paine si inmuiati-le in lapte.</p>
<p>Puneti carnea tocata si painea faramitata si scursa de lapte intr-un bol mai mare.</p>
<p>Curatati si tocati marunt ceapa. Procedali la fel cu restul de verdeata.</p>
<p>Se amesteca restul ingredientelor, se adauga sare si piper si se framanta aproximativ 10 minute.</p>
<p>Bateti carnea tocata pentru a forma chifletulete. Formati-le cu mainile umede si prajiti-le in ulei vegetal pe ambele parti la foc mic.</p>
