<p>Se toarna zaharul intr-o cratita cu fund gros si se lasa sa se dizolve treptat la foc mic.</p>
<p>Nu amestecati si nu atingeti zaharul in timp ce acesta se dizolva.</p>

<p>Adaugati untul la zaharul dizolvat, amestecand continuu.</p>

<p>Se amesteca pana cand untul este complet topit si caramelul si-a schimbat usor consistenta.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati cu grija smantana pentru frisca si amestecati aproximativ 2 minute.</p>

<p>Aveti grija, caramelul fierbinte te poate stropi si te poate arde.</p>
<p>Turnati crema caramel intr-un bol, lasati-o sa se raceasca putin, apoi transferati-o la frigider pentru 15 minute.</p>
<p>Dupa 15 minute, scoateti din frigider si bateti timp de aproximativ 15 secunde.</p>

<p>Apoi puneti caramelul la congelator sa se raceasca rapid timp de cel putin 10 minute.</p>
<p>Dupa 10 minute in congelator, scoateti caramelul si bateti-l.</p>

<p>Aveti rabdare in timp ce amestecati, bateti pana cand caramelul are o consistenta cremoasa si o culoare deschisa.</p>
