<p>Ingrediente:</p>

<p>&#8211; 2 linguri de zahar</p>
<p>&#8211; 145 ml lapte</p>
<p>&#8211; 300 g faina de grau</p>
<p>&#8211; 1/2 lingurita sare</p>
<p>&#8211; 20 g unt moale</p>
<p>&#8211; 90 g unt moale</p>
<p>&#8211; Ungeti cu ou batut</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un castron amestecati oul, 2 linguri de zahar, 4 grame de drojdie uscata si 145 ml lapte cald.</p>
<p>Amestecati totul bine cu un tel.</p>
<p>Cerneti 300 de grame de faina si adaugati 1 lingurita de sare.</p>
<p>Framantati aluatul, mai intai cu o spatula, apoi cu mainile.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati o bucata de unt inmuiat in aluat.</p>
<p>Si framantati pana cand aluatul este omogen.</p>
<p>Din aluat formam o bila si o impartim in 9 parti.</p>

<p>Rulati fiecare bucata de aluat intr-o bila.</p>
<p>Acoperiti aluatul cu folie alimentara sau cu un prosop si lasati-l sa se odihneasca 15 minute.</p>

<p>Se presara apoi masa si aluatul cu faina si se intinde un cerc cu diametrul de 12 cm din fiecare bila.</p>
<p>Luati un cerc de aluat si ungeti toata suprafata cu unt inmuiat.</p>
<p>Apoi, deasupra cercului uns, asezati al doilea cerc de aluat.</p>
<p>Se netezeste usor aluatul cu mainile, astfel incat sa nu ramana bule de aer inauntru.</p>
<p>Si, de asemenea, ungeti toata suprafata aluatului cu unt.</p>

<p>Inveliti aluatul in folie alimentara si puneti-l la congelator pentru 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Dupa acest timp, puneti aluatul pe o masa infainata si intindeti un cerc si mai mare cu diametrul de 40-45 cm.</p>
<p>Taiati cercul in 12 triunghiuri.</p>

<p>Si rulam fiecare triunghi de la marginea larga la cea ingusta intr-o rola.</p>

<p>Asezati rulourile pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Acoperiti foaia de copt cu un prosop si lasati la dospit 2-3 ore.</p>
<p>Ungeti cu ou batut inainte de coacere.</p>
<p>Punem foaia de copt la cuptorul preincalzit la 200 grade C pentru 10 minute.</p>

<p>Apoi reduceti temperatura la 180C si coaceti inca 6 minute.</p>
