<p>Un desert excelent pe care copiii il adora, dar cu siguranta ii va cuceri si pe adulti. Aceasta delicatesa este usor de preparat si va multumi orice mofturos.</p>
<p>Avem nevoie:</p>
<p>250 g branza de vaci</p>
<p>3 linguri smantana 15%</p>
<p>2 linguri gris</p>
<p>1 ou</p>
<p>100 ml lapte</p>
<p>2 linguri zahar granulat</p>
<p>50 g de ciocolata alba</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se toarna grisul in laptele cald si se lasa sa se umfle. Intre timp, intr-un castron, amestecati branza de vaci, smantana, oul, zaharul si ciocolata rupta in bucati mici.</p>

<p>In cele din urma, amestecam grisul umflat impreuna cu laptele in aluat.</p>

<p>Punem aluatul intr-o tava tapetata cu unt.</p>
<p>Se introduce intr-un cuptor incalzit si se coace la 200 de grade timp de 30 de minute. De asemenea, putem pregati desertul pe aragaz la foc mic timp de 35 de minute.</p>
<p>Lasati-l sa se raceasca in forma pentru o vreme si putem servi. Desertul are un gust minunat daca turnati putin lapte condensat peste el.</p>
