<p>Branza &#8211; 100 de grame</p>
<p>Sare si turmeric &#8211; cate 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Boia si piper negru &#8211; 1/2 lingurita fiecare</p>
<p>Pregatirea pas cu pas:</p>
<p>Varza se toaca marunt si se transfera intr-un bol.</p>

<p>Adaugati in varza ceapa si usturoiul tocate marunt.</p>
<p>Dam morcovii pe razatoarea grosiera, adaugam ouale, sare, turmeric, boia si piper negru.</p>
<p>Adaugam carnea tocata si amestecam cu grija toate ingredientele cu mainile.</p>

<p>Acoperim tava cu hartie de copt si o ungem cu ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Punem masa pregatita in tava.</p>

<p>Tasam si trimitem la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade C timp de 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Se presara branza rasa deasupra si se mai coace inca 5-10 minute.</p>
