<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>200 ml ulei</p>
<p>300 g zahar granulat</p>
<p>1 pachetel zahar vanilat</p>
<p>500 ml lapte</p>
<p>500 g faina</p>
<p>1 lingurita scortisoara</p>
<p>2 linguri cacao</p>
<p>1 pachetel praf de copt</p>
<p>2 linguri gem de prune</p>
<p>5 linguri alune macinate (sau nuci)</p>
<p>In plus:</p>
<p>100 g nuci</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca ouale cu zahar cu un mixer pana se topeste zaharul.</p>
<p>Adaugam uleiul in portii amestecand continuu.</p>
<p>Adaugam apoi laptele si gemul, amestecam.</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina, cacaoa, zaharul vanilat, praful de copt, nuca macinata si scortisoara intr-un bol.</p>
<p>Se amesteca usor ingredientele uscate cu aluatul.</p>
<p>Se toarna aluatul obtinut intr-o tava de 20&#215;30 cm in care am pus hartie de copt.</p>

Presarati blatul cu nucile tocate.</p>

<p>In cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade, coaceti timp de 20-25 de minute.</p>
