<p>40 ml de ulei</p>
<p>40 ml de apa</p>
<p>3 linguri de cacao</p>
<p>1 praf de copt (10 gr)</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>400 ml smantana dulce</p>
<p>400 g de ciocolata alba</p>
<p>1 pliculet de gelatina (9 gr)</p>
<p>Sirop:</p>
<p>1 lingura zahar</p>
<p>250 ml apa</p>
<p>Glazura:</p>
<p>150 g de ciocolata</p>
<p>3 linguri de ulei</p>
<p>3 linguri de lapte</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Faceti mai intai crema. Adaugati 30 ml de apa in praful de gelatina si lasati-o sa se umfle.</p>
<p>Incalziti smantana dulce pana la punctul de fierbere, apoi scoateti-o de pe foc si adaugati ciocolata alba cubulete.</p>
<p>Se amesteca pana se dizolva. Incalziti gelatina umflata pentru a se dizolva, nu o lasati sa fiarba.</p>
<p>Se toarna rapid gelatina in umplutura fierbinte si se amesteca rapid. Se lasa sa se raceasca, apoi se lasa la frigider pentru a se intari.</p>
<p>Pentru blat se bat albusurile cu zaharul si se adauga galbenusurileunul cate unul amestecand continuu, se adauga uleiul si apa. La final adaugati faina, cacao si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Se toarna totul intr-o tava in care am pus hartie de copt (35 x 25 cm) si se coace intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 170 de grade timp de aproximativ 30 de minute. In timp ce blatul se coace, faceti siropul.</p>
<p>Topiti zaharul, apoi turnati apa peste el. Asteptati sa se dizolve zaharul si fierbeti putin, apoi scoateti-l de pe foc.</p>
<p>Taiati orizontal blatul copt si racit pentru a obtine doua blaturi mai subtiri.</p>
<p>Presara prima jumatate de blat cu jumatate din sirop, aplica intreaga umplutura de ciocolata alba, acopera-o cu al doilea blat, pe care il pulverizam si cu restul de sirop.</p>
<p>Cand blatul absoarbe siropul, topiti ciocolata la abur cu ulei, adaugati laptele si amestecati.</p>
<p>Se amesteca viguros si se toarna peste prajitura. Se lasa la frigider penru cateva ore.</p>
