<p>Taiati marunt 100 g de salam sau sunca, kaiser etc</p>
<p>100 g mozzarella &#8211; rasa</p>
<p>Sare dupa gust</p>
<p>2 catei de usturoi &#8211; presat</p>
<p>patrunjel sau ceapa verde dupa cum este necesar</p>
<p>busuioc</p>
<p>Putina ulei</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Vom pregati toate ingredientele.</p>
<p>Curatam si taiem cartofii, ii fierbem in apa cu sare pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Apoi scurgeti apa si zdrobiti cartofii ca si cum ar fi pentru piure.</p>
<p>Lasati-l sa se raceasca si intre timp taiati salamul in cuburi, radeti branza si tocati marunt ierburile verzi sau ceapa.</p>

<p>Cand cartofii s-au racit, adaugati salam, branza, usturoi, oua, patrunjel si busuioc.</p>

<p>Cu mainile &#8211; pe care le-am uns putin cu ulei, modelam continutul ca pe chiftelele din carne.</p>

<p>Se aseaza pe o foaie de copt tapetata cu ulei, se freaca cu ulei si se coace intr-un cuptor incalzit.</p>

<p>Coaceti la 200 de grade timp de aproximativ 30 de minute &#8211; sau pana cand suprafata devine aurie.</p>
