<p>praf de copt &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 1 praf</p>
<p>Umplere:</p>
<p>smantana &#8211; 600 g</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 125 g</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 8 g</p>
<p>albusuri &#8211; 3 buc</p>
<p>amidon &#8211; 2 linguri</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 1 praf</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pregatiti mai intai aluatul.</p>
<p>Amestecati untul moale, zaharul pudra, zaharul vanilat si un praf de sare cu un blender timp de 1-2 minute pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat galbenusurile si amestecati aluatul de fiecare data.</p>
<p>Se adauga 2/3 de faina cernuta cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Puneti aluatul pe o masa acoperita cu faina si incepeti sa framantati cu mainile pana obtineti un aluat neted si nelipicios cu care puteti lucra.</p>
<p>Impartiti-l in trei parti (¼, ¼ si 2/4). Acoperiti bucatile mai mici cu folie alimentara si puneti una dintre ele la frigider.</p>
<p>Asezati hartie de copt in tava.</p>
<p>Trebuie sa fie suficient de mare pentru a acoperi peretii tavii.</p>
<p>Intindeti cea mai mare bucata de aluat pana la o grosime de aproximativ 2 mm si transferati-o in tava.</p>
<p>Dimensiunea foii de aluat trebuie sa fie aceeasi cu dimensiunile formei de copt.</p>
<p>Intindeti bucati de aluat mai mici, taiati-le si transformati-le in pereti.</p>
<p>Strapungeti aluatul in partea de jos cu o furculita.</p>
<p>Acum pregatiti umplutura.</p>
<p>Bateti albusurile spuma si un praf de sare cu un blender.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati zahar pudra cu zaharul vanilat si amestecati pana se dizolva complet.</p>
<p>Adaugati amidon de porumb si amestecati din nou pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat smantana in zapada si amestecati-o in amestec cu o spatula intr-o miscare circulara, de jos in sus.</p>
<p>Transferati umplutura rezultata in aluatul pregatit intr-o tava de copt.</p>
<p>Scoateti ultima bucata mica de aluat din frigider si dati-o pe razatoare.</p>
<p>Aplicati firimiturile peste stratul de smantana.</p>
<p>Se da la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade si se coace 45-50 de minute.</p>
<p>Sa aveti pofta!</p>
