<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti untul la temperatura camerei intr-un castron adanc si bateti cu un mixer.</p>
<p>Se toarna zaharul pudra si se bate totul bine.</p>
<p>Ar trebui sa obtineti o masa groasa omogena.</p>
<p>Adaugati ricotta sau branza de vaci moale obisnuita.</p>
<p>Bateti totul cu un mixer timp de 2-3 minute.</p>
