<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un recipient adanc, combinati faina, grisul, fulgii de cocos, zaharul granulat si vanilia &#8211; amestecati totul cu un tel.</p>

<p>Bateti oul, turnati chefir si ulei vegetal &#8211; amestecati pana la omogenizare.</p>

<p>Puneti intr-o forma unsa si acoperiti cu nuci sau migdale.</p>

<p>Coacem la 170-180°C aproximativ 40 de minute.</p>
<p>Odata ce placinta s-a racit usor, se taie in portii.</p>
<p>Pentru sirop, combinati zaharul, apa si sucul de lamaie intr-o cratita.</p>
<p>Se aduce la fierbere si se raceste.</p>
<p>Se toarna acest amestec racit peste blat.</p>
