<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>3 cartofi mari (aproximativ 1 kg);</p>
<p>4 linguri ulei vegetal;</p>
<p>150 g + 100 g cascaval;</p>
<p>350 g carne tocata;</p>
<p>1 ceapa;</p>
<p>2 catei de usturoi;</p>
<p>2 linguri sos de rosii (sau 1 lingura pasta de rosii);</p>
<p>verdeata dupa gust;</p>
<p>sare si condimente dupa gust.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Curatati cartofii si taiati felii cat mai subtiri.</p>
<p>Adaugati sare dupa gust.</p>
<p>Intindeti 150 g cascaval ras pe o foaie de copt tapetata cu hartie de copt, iar deasupra puneti feliile de cartofi.</p>

<p>Ungeti cartofii cu 2 linguri ulei vegetal si coaceti timp de 30 de minute la 200 de grade.</p>

<p>Intre timp, caliti ceapa si usturoiul in putin ulei timp de 2-3 minute.</p>
<p>Adaugati carnea tocata, amestecati, continuati sa prajiti.</p>

<p>Adaugati sos de rosii (sau pasta), condimente si sare dupa gust.</p>

<p>Se fierbe pana cand carnea tocata este gata.</p>
<p>La final se adauga ierburile tocate.</p>
<p>Scoateti cartofii si puneti 50 g cascaval deasupra si apoi toata carnea tocata.</p>

<p>Rulati in timp ce scoateti hartia de copt de pe cartofi.</p>

<p>Presarati cascavalul ramas deasupra.</p>
<p>Dam la cuptor pentru 5 minute, doar pana se topeste cascavalul.</p>
<p>La servire se poate orna cu ierburi tocate.</p>
<p>Este foarte gustos si simplu!</p>
