<p>Pentru 300 g de carne de pui si 3 cartofi, puteti hrani cu usurinta intreaga familie.</p>
<p>Acestea sunt cele doua ingrediente principale necesare pentru aceasta reteta.</p>

<p>Ceapa &#8211; 1 bucata</p>
<p>Sunca &#8211; 70 &#8211; 80 g</p>
<p>Ierburi proaspete (patrunjel, marar, ceapa verde etc) &#8211; 50 &#8211; 70 g</p>
<p>Sare, piper dupa gust</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>100 g faina</p>
<p>faina si pesmet pentru prajire</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal pentru prajire</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Mai intai trebuie sa fierbeti carnea de pui (eu am folosit pulpe, osul le da o aroma mai gustoasa) si cartofii separat.</p>
<p>Dupa ce s-a fiert carnea, o dezlipim de os si o taiam foarte marunt.</p>
<p>Pisam cartofii ca pentru piure.</p>
<p>Taiem ceapa foarte marunt si o calim cateva minute. Adaugam sunca si o prajim cu ceapa pentru putin timp.</p>
<p>Amestecam cartofii pisati cu carnea de pui, ceapa si sunca, verdeata, 1 ou, faina si adaugam sare si piper dupa gust.</p>
<p>Puteti adauga si alte arome, dar sarea si piperul sunt suficiente.</p>
<p>Din aluatul obtinut formam bile de marimea unei nuci.</p>

<p>Dupa ce am terminat de format gogoloaiele, punem uleiul la incins.</p>
<p>Dam bilele prin faina, apoi prin oua si apoi le dam prin pesmet.</p>
