<p>200 g parmezan</p>
<p>2 linguri faina</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>piper</p>
<p>nucsoara</p>
<p>boia dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Preincalzeste cuptorul si dezgheata spanacul.</p>
<p>Intr-un bol mediu, bate smantana si ouale 2-3 minute sau pana cand fac spuma.</p>
<p>Adauga, treptat si amestecand continuu, restul de ingrediente (in afara de jumatate din cantitatea de parmezan).</p>
<p>Toarna amestecul in tava, presara restul de parmezan pe deasupra si da la cuptor timp de 30-35 de minute.</p>
<p>Daca ai timp citeste si Reteta delicioasa de broccoli gratinat</p>

<p>INGREDIENTE:</p>
<p>300g broccoli</p>
<p>100g branza mozzarela rasa</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>2 linguri de smantana</p>
<p>3 linguri de faina</p>
<p>100ml lapte</p>
<p>unt</p>
<p>MOD DE PREPARARE:</p>
<p>Broccoli se fierbe separat timp de 10 minute. Se bat ouale pana se fac spuma apoi se adauga faina, smantana, laptele si branza pana se face un amestec omogen. </p>
<p>Intr-un vas termorezistent uns cu unt se asaza broccoli apoi se adauga amestecul. Se baga la cuptor preincalzit la temperatura de 180 grade timp de 25 minute pana capata o culoare aurie. Se serveste cald. Pofta buna!</p>
