<p>Mod de preparare</p>
<p>1. Luati un dovlecel si taiati-l in inele.</p>
<p>Curatati fiecare inel si indepartati pulpa.</p>
<p>2. Tocam marunt ceapa.</p>
<p>3. Taiati rosiile felii.</p>
<p>4. Taiati puiul in cuburi mici.</p>
<p>5. Combinati carnea si ceapa.</p>
<p>Frecati usturoiul pe o razatoare fina sau treceti-l printr-o presa.</p>
<p>Sare si piper dupa gust si se amesteca bine.</p>
<p>6. Dati branza pe o razatoare fina.</p>
<p>7. Puneti inelele de dovlecel pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si umpleti-le cu carne.</p>

<p>Puneti rosii deasupra si ungeti cu maioneza.</p>
<p>Se presara cu branza si se pune intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade C timp de 40-45 de minute.</p>
