<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>4 oua</p>
<p>sare si piper negru macinat dupa gust</p>
<p>100 ml lapte</p>
<p>200 g faina</p>
<p>100 g pesmet</p>
<p>50 g cascaval</p>
<p>400 g dovlecei ( un dovlecel mare)</p>
<p>ulei de masline pentru prajit</p>
<p>300 g file de pui</p>
<p>1 ceapa</p>
<p>2-3 rosii</p>
<p>150 g ciuperci</p>
<p>1 ardei</p>
<p>condimente pentru legume: sare, piper, boia de ardei, usturoi granulat etc</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Amestecam ouale cu sare, piper si 100 ml lapte, adaugam apoi 100 g faina si amestecam din nou.</p>
<p>Intr-o farfurie separat amestecam pesmetul cu restul de 100 g de faina si condimente dupa gust.</p>
<p>Taiem dovlecelul in fasii, presaram cu sare, stergem cu servetele de bucatarie pentru a indeparta lichidul format si incepem prepararea.</p>
<p>Dam fiecare felie de dovlecel mai intai prin amestecul de pesmet, apoi prin amestecul de ou si prajim intr-o tigaie incinsa cu putin ulei.</p>

<p>Taiem pieptul de pui in bucatele, il condimentam si il prajim intr-o tigaie.</p>
<p>Adaugam si ceapa taiata marunt la scurt timp dupa ce adaugam puiul.</p>
<p>Adaugam si ciupercile si ardeiul taiate in bucatele.</p>

<p>Putem adauga si o ceapa verde daca avem.</p>
<p>Punem feliile de dovlecel prajite pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si deasupra fiecarei felii punem amestecul de pui cu legume.</p>

<p>Punem deasupra felii de rosii si apoi cascaval ras si dam la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade C pana cand se topeste cascavalul.</p>
<p>Cina este gata.</p>
<p>Va uram pofta buna!</p>
