<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-o cratita, amestecati laptele cu apa, zaharul, un praf de sare si untul moale.</p>
<p>Aduceti amestecul la fiert si turnati faina.</p>
<p>Se amesteca totul pana cand se formeaza o crusta moale &#8211; nu va dura mai mult de 4 minute.</p>
<p>Transferati aluatul intr-un bol si lasati-l sa se raceasca timp de 5 minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp bateti ouale si bateti-le in aluat in 4 pasi.</p>

<p>Puneti apoi aluatul rezultat intr-o punga de patiserie cu varf decorativ.</p>
<p>Pe o foaie tapetata cu hartie de copt se creeaza dungi de 10-12 cm, se netezesc capetele cu degetul umed.</p>

<p>Puneti cojile in cuptorul preincalzit la 170 °C si coaceti timp de 45 de minute.</p>
<p>Lasati-le la racit 15 minute, pregatiti crema.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron, bateti untul la temperatura camerei si amestecati treptat laptele condensat.</p>
<p>Puneti crema finita intr-o punga de patiserie si umpleti cu ea cojile.</p>
<p>Sfat: Faceti trei gauri una langa alta in coji, astfel incat crema sa intre uniform in ele.</p>

<p>Acum topiti ciocolata si amestecati-o cu ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Inmuiati eclerele pe o parte si puneti desertul la frigider sa se intareasca timp de 15 minute.</p>
<p>Apoi il puteti servi imediat.</p>
<p>Sfat: Puteti topi ciocolata in cuptorul cu microunde sau intr-o baie de apa.</p>
