<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>fasole verde &#8211; 500 g</p>
<p>usturoi &#8211; 3 catei</p>
<p>boia dulce macinata &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>sare &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>piper negru &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>ulei de masline &#8211; 3-4 linguri</p>
<p>apa &#8211; 250 ml</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spalati fasolea, indepartati capetele si taiati restul in bucati de aproximativ 5 cm lungime.</p>

<p>Curatati usturoiul si taiati felii.</p>

<p>Se pune fasolea intr-o tigaie incinsa, se adauga un pahar cu apa, se condimenteaza cu sare si se caleste, la foc mare, timp de 8–10 minute, acoperita.</p>

<p>Dupa acest timp se scurge apa, se toarna ulei peste fasole si se adauga usturoiul.</p>
<p>Se amesteca ingredientele si se prajesc timp de 1 minut.</p>
<p>Adaugati o lingura de apa la amestec si asezonati cu piper si boia dulce macinata.</p>
<p>Se amesteca totul si se adauga inca o lingura de apa la amestec si se prajeste vasul pentru inca 10 minute, acoperit.</p>
