<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>700 g aluat foietaj</p>
<p>30 ml lapte &#8211; pentru impregnare</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>150 ml smantana pentru frisca</p>
<p>100 g zahar pudra</p>
<p>100 g de mascarpone</p>
<p>10 ml sirop de lamaie</p>
<p>In plus:</p>
<p>faina &#8211; pentru stropirea aluatului</p>
<p>zahar pudra &#8211; pentru decorare</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pudrati aluatul foietaj cu putina faina si intindeti-l usor, apoi aplatizati-l, indoiti-l si folositi o rigla pentru a face fante de 5 cm la capat &#8211; taiati transversal.</p>

<p>Asezati-le apoi pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si ungeti-le cu lapte.</p>
<p>Coaceti in cuptorul preincalzit timp de 20 de minute la 180 °C.</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>Se pune frisca lichida intr-un bol, se presara zahar pudra si se adauga mascarpone &#8211; se bate si se adauga siropul de lamaie &#8211; se amesteca bine si se obtine o crema pe care o transferati intr-o punga de decor.</p>

<p>Dupa coacere, taiati formele cu un cutit, dar nu complet si umpleti-le cu crema.</p>

<p>La final, decoram cu zahar pudra si servitim cu drag, gust si gratie.</p>
