<p>Curatati ceapa, taiati-o in jumatati subtiri de inele.</p>
<p>Transferati-le intr-o strecuratoare, turnati apa clocotita peste ele.</p>
<p>Lasa sa iasa iuteala.</p>
<p>Taiati rosiile felii, indepartand toate tulpinile.</p>
<p>Intindeti jumatate de ceapa pe fundul borcanelor, acestea trebuie sa fie sterilizate.</p>
<p>Apasati bine feliile de rosii peste ceapa.</p>
<p>Acoperiti-le si apasati usor cu resturile de ceapa.</p>

<p>Acum inchideti borcanele cu capacele, asezati-le intr-o cratita adanca.</p>
<p>Se toarna apa fierbinte peste borcane si se sterilizeaza timp de 5 minute.</p>
