<p>Ulei vegetal &#8211; 80 ml</p>
<p>Esenta de vanilie &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Bicarbonat de sodiu &#8211; 1 lingurita (5 g)</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 450+20 g</p>
<p>Zahar pudra &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spargeti ouale intr-un castron, adaugati zaharul si esenta de vanilie, bateti-le.</p>
<p>Turnati ulei vegetal, branza de vaci moale si unt sau margarina.</p>
<p>Bateti amestecul cu un mixer pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Combinati amestecul de oua, branza de vaci si ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Amestecati faina cu bicarbonatul de sodiu sau praf de copt si cerneti printr-o sita fina.</p>
<p>Adaugati partial faina in amestec, mai intai amestecati cu o spatula, apoi framantati cu mainile.</p>
<p>Puneti aluatul pe suprafata de lucru, aluatul trebuie sa fie moale si fraged.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in bile mici.</p>
<p>Rulam bilele subtiri sau le nivelam cu mainile.</p>
<p>Apoi impaturim cercurile in jumatate si le impaturim din nou, fursecurile au forma de triunghi.</p>

<p>Acoperim tava cu hartie de copt si intindem fursecurile, ungem cu un ou batut.</p>

<p>Incingem cuptorul la 180 C si coacem aproximativ 15-20 de minute.</p>
<p>Scoatem fursecurile coapte din cuptor si le punem pe un vas.</p>
