<p>Unt 30 g</p>
<p>Sare 1 lingura</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 1 l +penru prajit</p>
<p>Zahar pudra pentru decor</p>
<p>Mod de preparat:</p>
<p>In primul rand, pregatiti infuzia.</p>
<p>Faramitati drojdia si turnati 150 ml apa.</p>
<p>Adaugati 1 lingurita de zahar si 2 linguri de faina.</p>
<p>Se amesteca pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu folie.</p>
<p>Lasati aluatul timp de 10 minute intr-un loc cald.</p>
<p>Intre timp, amestecati oul cu apa ramasa, zaharul si sarea.</p>
<p>In aceasta masa se amesteca faina cernuta si aluatul, care s-a transformat in spuma.</p>
<p>Framanta aluatul.</p>
<p>Dupa 5 minute, amestecati untul inmuiat.</p>
<p>Acoperiti aluatul cu folie alimentara si lasati 1 ora la loc cald.</p>
<p>Cand aluatul a crescut, framantiti usor.</p>
<p>Cu mainile unse cu ulei, impartiti-l in aproximativ 20 de bucati.</p>
<p>Rulati-le in bile si acoperiti-le cu folie alimentara, unsa de asemenea cu ulei.</p>
<p>Se lasa 20 de minute sa creasca.</p>
<p>Acum formati fiecare minge intr-o gogoasa.</p>
<p>Pentru a face acest lucru, apasati in jos in centru, conectand degetul mare si aratator.</p>

<p>Dulciurile crocante de aer sunt gata.</p>
<p>Serviti-le cu cacao sau cafea.</p>
