<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>300 g branza de vaci</p>
<p>3 galbenusuri</p>
<p>50 g zahar</p>
<p>320-350 g faina</p>
<p>3 g sare</p>
<p>2 linguri vodca</p>
<p>80 g smantana</p>
<p>6-7 g praf de copt</p>
<p>5 g zahar vanilat</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Combinati branza de vaci, smantana, vodca (optional), zaharul, sarea, zaharul vanilat, galbenusurile, praful de copt, amestecati totul cu un tel.</p>
<p>Adaugati faina in portii, framantati un aluat moale.</p>

<p>Se lasa sa creasca sub un castron sau prosop timp de 10-15 minute.</p>
<p>Rulati un strat, gros de 1-1,5 cm, apoi taiati gogosile intr-o forma rotunda cu ajutorul a doua pahare, unul mai mare si unul foarte micut.</p>

<p>Se prajesc intr-o tigaie in ulei vegetal preincalzit la 170 grade C.</p>
<p>Se scot pe servetele de bucatarie pentru a absorbi uleiul.</p>
