<p>Avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingredinete:</p>

<p>o ceapa</p>
<p>2 linguri de boia dulce</p>
<p>3 linguri de pasta de rosii</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>piper macinat</p>
<p>1 l apa sau supa</p>
<p>400 g cartofi</p>
<p>2 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>cateva linguri de ulei sau untura</p>
<p>2 lingurite maghiran</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>La inceput taiem carnea cubulete.</p>
<p>Puneti uleiul intr-o oala.</p>
<p>Taiati ceapa in cuburi mici.</p>
<p>Adaugati ceapa si prajiti pana se rumeneste.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugam carnea.</p>

<p>Se prajeste amestecand ocazional.</p>
<p>Adaugati piper macinat, boia, pasta de rosii, sare la amestecul de carne.</p>
<p>Adaugam 1 l de apa sau supa.</p>
<p>Amestecam totul impreuna.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu un capac si lasati sa fiarba 2 ore.</p>
<p>Curatati cartofii si taiati-i cubulete.</p>
<p>Zdrobim usturoiul cu un cutit si il tocam marunt.</p>
<p>Adaugati-l in supa impreuna cu cartofii si amestecati.</p>
<p>Se ingroasa gulasul cu putina faina si apa.</p>
<p>Amestecam totul impreuna.</p>
<p>Gulasul este gata cand cartofii s-au fiert.</p>
