<p>Smantana 4 linguri</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Transferati laptele intr-o cratita si aduceti-l lafierbere la foc mediu.</p>
<p>Daca doriti ca iaurtul dvs. sa fie mai gros, lasati laptele sa fiarba inca 5-10 minute.</p>
<p>Se raceste laptele la 37 de grade.</p>
<p>Daca temperatura este prea ridicata, nu o sa intareasca.</p>
<p>Se toarna laptele inĀ 2 borcane de 500 ml.</p>

<p>Adaugati cate 2 linguri de smantana in fiecare borcan si amestecati bine.</p>

<p>Acoperiti cu un prosop de hartie si fixati-l cu o banda elastica.</p>
<p>Acoperiti iaurtul cu o patura si lasati 5- 6 ore.</p>
